Anarchy Reptile Heat Sheet is recommended as ground heating for terrestrial reptiles, they should be placed under your enclosure to avoid damage by your reptile. 

Heats substrate but does not alter the air temperature in an enclosure. 

Ground heating is ideal for raising body temperature, aiding in digestion and metabolism. 

Ensure adequate airflow around the Heat Sheet. 

Should not take up more than 1/3 of your reptiles enclosure to allow thermo-regulation. 

Heat Sheets should always be positioned at one end of your reptiles enclosure to create a thermal gradient, allowing your reptile to choose its ideal temperature. 

It is recommended that all heat sources be used in conjunction with a thermostat to prevent your reptile from overheating.
