**Shipping**:  Caribsea and Aqua Blue make every effort to securely and safely pack the Rock sufficiently to minimize damages, However, because of the fragile nature of this rock, it is possible for the rock to break during shipment. The delivery companies are not always gentle on heavy products like this, and they also do not consider this product insurable. Because of this, there is some inherent risk with shipping rock like this across the country and we are unable to replace or refund broken pieces. If this happens most pieces can be repaired with epoxy very simply.
