With an airlift system,
Bio-Chemical sponge filters feature silent operation, filters and puts
beneficial oxygen into the water. The specially developed foam sponge supports
the colonisation of bacteria, allowing mechanical filtration in addition to
biological filtration, which will break down harmful wastes like ammonia and
nitrite material, and capture detritus and waste products, resulting in a
cleaner living environment for your fish.

The filter can be attached
via a powerhead, air pump or hang over filter.
